Simply
find a building plot in the area you want, at a suitable size,
with the view you want and at a price you want!
You will find a great selection to choose from.
Once you've found your plot you should choose a house design
that will best fits your needs. A steeply sloping site will
be more suited to a split level design and alleviate the need
for excessive "Underbuild".
The developers of the above plots have a range of their own
designs to choose from or you can design something yourself
in many cases.
Essentially, the nearer you are to the sea the more you will
probably pay.

Located
just north of Moraira high
on the cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean - this area is
considered by the World Health Organisation to be one of
the most perfect environments in the world.
Because of La Cumbre del Sol's fantastic location the air
is a mixture of iodine and marine salts from the sea along
with pure oxygen coming down from the mountains resulting
in a very healthy environment.
Altea, Javea,
Cap de Nao, Moraira,
Calpe and its spectacular Ifach Rock can all be seen along
this spectacular coast.

The
very friendly and welcoming village of Busot is typical of
a Spanish hillside village with narrow streets, brightly painted
houses with wrought iron balconies and a selection of small
shops, bars, restaurants and a two churches.
Busot also has the advantage of its own school and a bus service
to the major towns. Our experience shows the locals to be very
friendly.
The prestigious golf course at Bonalba is
just a few kilometres away.

|
Ten minutes away from Busot you reach the beautiful beach
at El Campello.
El Campell is a superb resort, having a pedestrianised promenade
playing host to numerous small bars and restaurants as well
as all the usual facilities found at beach resorts.
The area is still very Spanish with little British influence which
makes it perfect for those wishing to partake of the Mediterranean
way of life.

El Campello also has a marina and access to the Alicante-Denia
railway. This railway runs the full length of the coast with
often quite spectacular scenery. It stops at all the towns
and villages on the way and is ideal for a short trip into
Alicante or Benidorm without the hassle of trying to park the
car.

Lying
next to the quaint Spanish hillside village of Busot lies
Valle Dorado.
Ideally situated in a country location yet near to the beach
and major towns Valle Dorado could provide you with your
ultimate dream home. Perfect for those looking to reside
in the Costa Blanca or perhaps just wishing for a quieter
holiday with stunning mountain and valley views.
-
Valle Dorado is located 6.5 kms from the beach at El
Campello, 22 km from the centre of Alicante and just
36 km from the airport and yet has the feeling of being
in the wide open countryside.
-
Access to Valle Dorado from the airport is also very
easy with the majority of the trip via motorway and taking
around 20 minutes. This stretch of motorway is toll-free.
-
The choice of property at Valle Dorado includes both
semi-detached as well as detached villas

Heading
towards Alicante you find all the major hypermarkets, DIY
stores and furniture shops etc. in the "out of town" shopping
precincts, meaning you need not enter Alicante at all if
you so desire.

A little further along and you are into Alicante town with
the large shopping mall of the Gran Via, the famous tree
lined promenade and the marina full of luxury yachts and
surrounded by an assortment of bars and restaurants many
specialising in the local fish.
Driving northwards from Valle Dorado you can quickly reach
Benidorm and the new theme park of Terra
Mitica, go up into the mountains to the tiny village
of Guadalest or visit the many pleasant resorts further up
the coast such as Altea, Moraira, Javeaand La
Cumbre del Sol.

the hillside village of Busot and coastal resort of El Campello
lies Bonalba.
Being only 4 km from the beach, 19 km from the centre of Alicante
and 33 km from the airport , Bonalba makes the ideal choice for
keen golfers who also wish to keep the rest of the family happy
by being close to all facilities and usual holiday attractions.
The majority of properties here are particularly colourful
and some have quite interesting architectural styles.
